Structure Elsa Peretti® Open Heart bracelet Online

2010 AUG 25 – (VerticalNews.com) — According to a study from Hubei, People’s Republic of China, “In the title compound, C17H15F3N4O2, the dihedral angle between the trifluoromethoxy-substituted benzene ring and the pyrimidinone ring is 45.1 (5)degrees, while that between the fused benzene ring and the pyrimidinone ring is 0.67 (1)degrees. Part of one of the benzene rings and its trifluoromethoxy Elsa Peretti® Full Heart earrings are disordered over two positions of approximately equal occupancy (0.51:0.49).”

“Intermolecular N-H center dot center dot center dot O and N-H center dot center dot center dot N hydrogen bonds contribute to the stability of the crystal structure. A weak intramolecular C-H center dot center dot center dot F contact is also found,” wrote Z.H. Cai and colleagues.

The researchers concluded: “In addition, pi-pi stacking interactions, with centroid-centroid distances in the range 3.673 (6)-3.780 (8) angstrom, and weak C-H center dot center dot center dot pi interactions are also observed.”

Cai and colleagues published their study in Acta Crystallographica Section E – Structure Reports Online (3-(2-Aminoethyl)-2-[4-(Trifluoromethoxy)anilino]quinazolin-4(3H)-one. Acta Crystallographica Section E – Structure Reports Online, 2010;66(Part 7):O1854-U1002).

2010 AUG 25 – (VerticalNews.com) — According to a study from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, “In the title compound, C21H16N2O3, the fused-ring system (r.m.s. deviation = 0.067 angstrom) is slightly buckled at the carbonyl C atom of the anthracenyl ring system [deviation = 0.177 (1) angstrom] that is closer to an allyl substituent.”

“The two allyl units lie on the same side of the fused-ring plane but are oriented in opposite directions, with N-C-C-C torsion angles of 126.9 (2) and 116.7 (2)degrees,” wrote Z. Afrakssou and colleagues, University of Malaya.

The researchers concluded: “In the crystal, the molecules are linked into chains propagating along the b axis by C-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds.”

Afrakssou and colleagues published the results of their research in Acta Crystallographica Section E – Elsa Peretti® Open Heart bracelet Reports Online (1,3-Diallyl-1H-anthra[1,2-d]imidazole-2,6,11(3H)-trione. 2010 AUG 25 – (VerticalNews.com) — “There Elsa Peretti® Open Heart bracelet two molecules in the asymmetric unit of the title compound, C18H18N2O3. In each one, the benzimidazole ring system is essentially planar, with maximum deviations of 0.027 (1) and 0.032 (1) angstrom, and makes dihedral angles of 38.64 (6) and 41.48 (6)degrees, respectively, with the attached benzene rings,” scientists in Malaysia report.

“An intramolecular C-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bond is observed in each molecule. The two independent molecules are connected into a dimer by two intermolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot N hydrogen bonds. In the crystal, molecules form a two-dimensional layers parallel to (012) via weak intermolecular C-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds,” wrote N. Hamzah and colleagues.

The researchers concluded: “In addition, weak pi-pi stacking interactions are observed with centroid-centroid distances of 3.5244 (12) and 3.6189 (12).”

Hamzah and colleagues published their study in Acta Crystallographica Section E – Structure Elsa Peretti® Open Heart bracelet Online (Ethyl 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-phenyl-1H-benzimidazole-5-carboxylate. Acta Crystallographica Section E – Structure Reports Online, 2010;66(Part 7):O1824-U781).
